*메이커톤은 사회, 환경 등 지속가능한 발전과 관련해 세계적인 이슈 및 문제를 해결하기 위한 문제해결 방식의 프로젝트입니다. 이번 메이커톤은 아프리카 사하라 사막 주변부의 식량 얀보 및 기후 변화등의 문제를 해결하기 위해 Yam-bean을 활용하는 프로젝트입니다. 식품 개발, 제품 디자인, 상품기획, 홍보, 스토리텔링 등 다양한 분야 지원자의 관심을 부탁드립니다.

you interested in tackling food security and climate change in Sub-Saharan
Africa? Then join the African Yam Bean MAKEathon organised by researchers from
the University of Cambridge (UK) and IITA (Nigeria)!
The
AYB MAKEathon is a unique open innovation
event of stimulating webinars, ideation with participants from around the
world, business model building and remote prototyping. We are inviting
talented enthusiasts from different backgrounds and disciplines to help improve
the livelihood of farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa and address the climate change
impact together.
